I would super strongly recommend that anyone interested in a constitution for Aotearoa read the Matike Mai Aotearoa report, which outlines a Māori position on how constitutional transformation could bring the governance of this country into alignment with Te Tiriti.

Also if you have a bit more time, Ngāpuhi Speaks is a history book explaining pre-colonial governance from a Māori perspective. Frankly when I read it I thought, “wow that sounds pretty much like how Enspiral would do country-scale governance.”
